We are a cheap and comfortable living quarters nearly center city town. In 4 pensions are available 15 Comfort and Economy rooms moulder with 30 beds. All rooms are cosy and furnished in a comfortable, informal atmosphere.
 from Summer 2009 we have for our Guest's the Comfort rooms, the rooms provide shower with tub and toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror, Flatscreen TV, W-LAN (cost free), writing desk. In every pension there are in each case 2 baths with shower and WC for 4 Economy rooms in each case, fridge as well as a tea / coffee corner. There are few metres of the pension several possibilities around breakfast to take dinner midday or in a comfortable atmosphere.
You are able to do early stucco in the close-recumbent baker's from 6 o'clock. A midday sen or dinner you agree in the restaurant - pizzeria "Toscania" or in the steak house "SanDiego". They can also allow to deliver food on the room. All rooms are equipped with TV.
By the good and quiet situation in the Samaritan's church of our pension far known Shopping-street "Frankfurter Allee", the K17 (disco) and the shopping centre "Ring-Center" is accessible within 5 minutes on foot. Cinemas and theatres as well as OВІ arena are to be reached by the car or public means of transportation at approx. 10 minutes.
We also offer good connections with the important venues and places of interest of the town like the "Olympische Stadion", exhibition centre, the "Fernsehturm", "Unter den Linden", the "Museumsinsel", the "Reichstag", the "Brandenburger Tor", the "Kanzleramt". The city railroad stations: Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten, Charlottenburg without tiresome changing.
